1. Program Purpose

The Ellexir Creator & Affiliate Program is designed to reward creators, ambassadors, instructors, studio owners, community partners, and affiliates for introducing Ellexir to new and existing customers through authentic recommendations and referrals.

Participation in the program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship between Ellexir and any participant.

2. Eligibility

Participation in the program is subject to approval by Ellexir.

Ellexir reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove any participant from the program at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases generated through approved referral methods, including referral links, referral codes, and other methods authorized by Ellexir.

All commissions are subject to review and approval prior to payout.

A commission is earned for introducing a customer to Ellexir. Commissions are not intended to function as personal-use discounts or rebates for affiliates, creators, or their related parties.

4. Personal Purchases & Self-Referrals

Affiliates and creators are welcome to purchase Ellexir products for their own use.

However, personal purchases are not eligible for referral commissions.

A purchase may be considered a personal purchase regardless of the email address, account, payment method, referral link, referral code, billing information, shipping information, business entity, household member, or other identifying information used during checkout.

The use of alternate email addresses, personal accounts, business accounts, family members, friends, employees, contractors, or related entities to obtain commissions on purchases intended for the affiliate’s own benefit is prohibited.

Ellexir reserves the right to determine whether a transaction constitutes a self-referral or personal purchase.

Commissions associated with self-referrals or personal purchases may be rejected, reversed, withheld, or clawed back at any time.

5. Fraudulent, Misleading, or Manipulative Activity

The following activities are prohibited:

• Self-referrals
• Fake referrals
• Fraudulent purchases
• Duplicate customer accounts
• Misleading claims about Ellexir products
• Spam or unsolicited promotional activity
• Cookie stuffing
• Artificially generating commissions
• Creating transactions that do not represent genuine customer acquisition
• Any attempt to circumvent program rules or referral restrictions

Ellexir reserves the right to investigate any referral activity that appears inconsistent with the purpose of the program.

6. Discounts, Promotions & Stacking

Ellexir may offer discounts, promotions, bundles, subscriptions, affiliate offers, creator offers, or other incentives from time to time.

Not all promotions, products, bundles, or offers are eligible for commissions.

Ellexir reserves the right to exclude specific products, discounts, promotions, customers, or transactions from commission eligibility.

Commission eligibility and payout rules may be modified at any time.

7. Commission Review, Reversal & Clawbacks

All commissions are subject to manual or automated review.

Ellexir may reject, reverse, withhold, cancel, or recover commissions associated with:

• Self-referrals
• Personal purchases
• Refunded orders
• Cancelled orders
• Chargebacks
• Fraudulent activity
• Policy violations
• Duplicate transactions
• Ineligible promotions
• Transactions that do not represent legitimate third-party customer acquisition

Approval of a commission does not prevent future review if new information becomes available.

8. Program Changes

Ellexir may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.

Ellexir may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ellexir shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the program.
